A Henderson native, Clay received his education at Transylvania University where he was also a member of the golf team, before returning to western Kentucky to begin his career with Independence Bank. As he raises his family close to where he grew up, he’s ready to help his community become a better place for his kids and yours.

Kelly Gray is someone you can always find with a smile on her face! She focuses on helping businesses streamline processes so they can focus on the things that can help them grow. Kelly stays active in the community and knows that a good banker is active for their clients too!

As a Financial Advisor through Independence Financial Services, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, Reid Davenport understands that financial decisions feel a lot easier when you have someone you trust in your corner. He enjoys helping families and individuals turn uncertainty into confidence as they work toward the goals that matter most. Reid is a Webster County native who stays involved in his community through the GVBA Finance Committee, Henderson Chamber Ambassadors, and Hopkins County Young Professionals. When he's not working with clients, you'll find him on the tennis court, serving at church, or making the most of time with friends and family.

With deep roots in Henderson, Kelsey knows her way around the town, our banks and just about any tractor you put in front of her. Her role has her in a different market on any given day, but thats what makes it exciting that no two days are the same. From volunteering to hand out concessions to organizing adoption events for a local animal shelter, she is always there to lend a hand, or paw, and make sure that our teams represent IB to the fullest.

With a Human Resources background, anything Simone can do to make tasks easier, more effective and run more efficiently for our staff and Independence Bank leaders, she makes happen! Being a Marine, she’s never met a challenge she couldn’t overcome.

Supporting others and helping them succeed is at the heart of Jessica’s work, where she partners with Independence Bank’s CEO and Senior Management Team through her expertise in executive support, financial operations, and process improvement. Jessica studied Organizational Leadership at Western Kentucky University, completed Leadership Owensboro in 2013 and holds certifications from the Kentucky Institute for Economic Development and the International Economic Development Council in Workforce Development Strategies. Jessica values the opportunity to use her skills to strengthen the Bank’s leadership team while making a positive impact in her community.
