Independence Bank is excited to offer an expansion to our revolutionary banking experience through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). These will be available in each of our 12 markets to offer you more freedom to bank when and where it makes the most sense for you.
What is an ITM?
An ITM combines the convenience of an ATM with the service of our revolutionary people that made you choose to bank with us. Enjoy self-service, card-driven transaction capability or interact with a live person who can assist you with your banking needs, during the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, CST Monday through Friday and Saturday, 8:00 am to Noon, CST. Outside of these hours all ITM’s will serve as ATM’s.

How Does It Work?
Simply visit one of our ITM locations, including 1 in-lobby unit, and touch the screen to begin. Choose the help option to speak with your teller or insert your card to begin self-service transactions. If at any time during a self-service transaction you have a question and you are visiting during interactive teller hours, you can choose the help option to connect with an interactive teller to assist you.
What is an Interactive Teller?
An interactive teller offers the same level of revolutionary customer service as the team members at any of our Independence Bank locations. Products and services only mean so much without a smiling face to assist you when you have a question. We are excited to offer you banking for the people, by the people at extended hours and even more convenience through our ITMs.

Self Service Hours – 24/7, 365 days a year
