What is your favorite story from your time at Independence Bank?
When we first opened our location in Graves County in May of 2016, our community was hit with a devastating tornado. I received numerous call from other Independence Bank communities wanting to know how they could assist. We only had 5 employees at the time. They said think beyond what your staff can accomplish. We ended up setting up a site at the Fairgrounds to feed volunteers and had over 40 Independence Bank staff from other markets come to assist in food preparation and delivery. This set the tone that we are truly community driven.
