Supporting others and helping them succeed is at the heart of Jessica’s work, where she partners with Independence Bank’s CEO and Senior Management Team through her expertise in executive support, financial operations, and process improvement. Jessica studied Organizational Leadership at Western Kentucky University, completed Leadership Owensboro in 2013 and holds certifications from the Kentucky Institute for Economic Development and the International Economic Development Council in Workforce Development Strategies. Jessica values the opportunity to use her skills to strengthen the Bank’s leadership team while making a positive impact in her community.
