Combine your Independence Bank accounts with external accounts to understand your overall spending habits, set a budget, track your expenses and create a personal financial statement. Set financial goals and track your progress, all in one place.

Own and operate a business? The Personal Finance Manager gives you access to all the features above and allows you to integrate external business accounts in one place to get a complete snapshot of your business’s finances. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Text Banking

Get quick and easy balance information, transfer funds and more with text banking. Get real-time updates on your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by simply sending a text to our short code, 662-265. To take advantage of these services, you must be enrolled in Digital Banking and register your mobile phone number. Standard text messaging rates may apply. You must enroll in this feature through Digital Banking.

Telephone Banking

You can access information pertaining to your checking and savings accounts, loan accounts, CDs and IRAs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from a touch-tone phone. Check your balance, review previous deposits and withdrawals and access your current loan balance and other information specific to your account activity.

Telephone banking can also assist you with lost or stolen debit cards and allow you to initiate a transfer of funds between accounts. Call toll free 1-866-570-1776. You must enroll in telephone banking to access this feature. Visit your nearest Independence Bank location or call 1-877-621-1776.

Payment Processing

Processing payments should be simple and automated. Through Project Innovation, they will be. Assign payment tasks to team members with set entitlement controls so you can keep your focus where it needs to be.

See individual deposit information even when pushing through multiple deposits at once and ensure your payments are correct every time by creating an approval process through the new dual-authorization feature. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Payroll Solutions

Every business’ greatest asset is its people. Keep your focus on your team with enhanced payroll solutions that allow you to schedule an ACH file to send at the same time every month without manually entering data.

Need to push payroll through on the go? You will be able to initiate and approve all activity through your mobile device with one single sign-on. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Enhanced Reporting

Build custom reports tracking ACH payments, wires and activity for all users through our upgraded reporting capability. Create reports to track positive pay and all items that have been decisioned.

All reports can be pulled as needed or generated at the same time every month to provide a consistent look at your business’s finances. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfers are a quick and easy way to securely send money. With Project Innovation, you will be able to initiate and send wires online or on your mobile device through our Digital Banking platform.

Online international wires will also be available through Project Innovation along with expedited wire transfers for those times you need money moved quickly. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Access a fast, reliable and integrated platform that allows you to manage all your finances in one place.

Keep up to date without having to import your history or update login information. You must be enrolled in Digital Banking to take advantage of this feature.

Cost Plan Description
$5 per month This plan is designed for our business customers who would like to view their account balances and transfer funds, download history, view check images and Bill Pay services. It does not include any Treasury Management.
$25 per month This plan is designed for our business customers who need the advanced functions of online banking, such as Treasury Management, ACH collection, payroll and others.
