First Data Corporation™ or Independence Bank may contact you to verify transactions made with your card to verify the validity of transactions and/or to mitigate losses for activity that is identified as fraudulent transactions. Please, be aware that should either First Data Corporation™ or Independence Bank contact you, only details about the specific questionable transaction will be asked. These details include: transaction amount, the date of the purchase and the merchant where the transaction occurred.

First Data Corporation™ and Independence Bank will never ask for personal information such as card numbers, pin numbers or social security numbers. If you receive a call asking for this type of information, please do not provided the information and notify us as soon as possible at 270-686-1776.
