If you are not already enrolled in online banking, visit any Independence Bank location or download, print and complete the enrollment form for online personal banking or the enrollment form for online business banking.

Please complete the enrollment form and return it to any Independence Bank location.

You must also complete the Online Statement E-Sign Disclosure Statement.
